Hey, I am not a mom, but I have a mom!! My mom let us get ground beef into little balls and stick cheese cubes into the middle then put them in the oven. It's cool because you get to squish al the meat into balls and boys like that squishy stuff don't they??!!! I am not sure how long you put them in the oven, but leave a hole at the top so the cheese can ooze out. Whenever the cheese is all over the pan( or alluminium foil) then its ready. All you have to do it put them in hotdog buns and eat! Good Luck!!Okay I'm a mom of 3 growing boys so I need some new dinner ideas! Anyone have quick, easy recipes for me?

Put the hamburger mixture in a bowl. Put taco shells beside the bowl of meat (use a muffin tin, turned upside down, to keep the taco shells upright)
Have bowls of lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, etc.
Let the boys make their own.
A BAKED POTATO BAR
Bake the potatoes, split and put on plates (half them for younger kids)

This one is a hit at my house:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts-butterflied
1 med. red bell pepper
1 bunch green onion
1 8oz pkg mushroom
1 2-cup bad shredded italian cheese
Chop ends of onions for scallions and set aside Slice pepper, mushrooms, and white part of onions and saute in butter and pinch of italian seasoning. Lay chicken in casserole dish or on cookie sheet and fill with onion, pepper, and mushroom. Sprinkle cheese over top and fold closed. Repeat until all 4 breasts are stuffed. Sprinkle italian seasoning over top and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until juices run clear. After removing from oven, sprinkle scallions over top.
Serve with side of your choice!

Lemony shrimp and angel hair pasta!!
Feeds about Five . . . more or less depending on how much they eat!!
(the most expensive thing here is the shrimp and it's still not too expensive!)
Precooked, peeled, deveined large shrimp 30-40 cut in two.
A box of angel hair pasta.
Tablespoon of lemon juice.
Small can of sweet peas or peas and carrots.
Tablespoon of butter.
Tablespoon of olive oil.
Tablespoon of red or white wine vinegar.
Italian seasoning to taste.
Salt and Pepper (or lemon pepper seasoning)to taste.
Start the pasta
Put everything but the shrimp, pasta, and peas into a large deep skillet, when the butter is melted, add shrimp and sautee until shrimp is bright orange and firm but not hard. The shrimp should already be a pinkish orange. Add the peas (or peas and carrots) and continue cooking until peas are hot. Drain pasta when it's done (watch it pretty close, angel hair overcooks pretty easy!!) Toss everything into the pot the noodles were cooked in and mix gently. And serve it up!! Enjoy. It doesn't take long maybe about . . . 20-25 minutes. . .? It's Really good and so easy!!
OHOH! I love this, just figured it out last month:
Polish Sausage Casserole
2 pk.s polish sausage
6 potatoes peeled and diced
1 onion cut into large slivers (julienned)
2 cans green beans, drained
2 cans condensed cream of celery soup
2 tablespoons mustard
garlic powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
boil polish sausage, then cut up into bite sized pieces. Boil potatoes until just tender, they don't have to be fully cooked. Mix 3/4's of the cheese with all of the ingredients in a LARGE bowl, then place in large casserole dish and bake for an hour. 15 min prior to removing from oven, add last bit of the cheese over the top. MMMM YUMMY!. The onion and the potatoes will cook completely in the oven. Oh, Oven at 350*.
You can cut this recipe in half if you have to I have a large household.
