Any ideas for great but quick recipes using ground beef or ground chuck?

Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie





1 pound lean (at least 80%) ground beef


1 large onion, chopped


1/2 teaspoon salt


1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese


1/2 cup Original Bisquick庐 mix


1 cup milk


2 eggs








DIRECTIONS


Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.


In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.


In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients with fork or wire whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate.

Rempel Family Meatloaf --











INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef


1/2 cup crushed buttery round crackers


3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese


1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix


2 eggs, beaten


1/4 cup ketchup


2 tablespoons steak sauce














DIRECTIONS


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).


Stir the ground beef, crushed crackers, Cheddar cheese, and onion soup mix in a large bowl until well combined. Whisk the eggs, ketchup, and steak sauce in a separate bowl until smooth. Mix the eggs into the meat until evenly combined, if the mixture seems too dry, add a little water. Press into a 9x5 inch loaf pan.


Bake in preheated oven until the meatloaf reaches 160 degrees F (71 degrees C) and is no longer pink in the center, 45 to 60 minutes.

Shepherd's Pie --











INGREDIENTS


5 potatoes, peeled and quartered


1 pound lean ground beef


1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms


1 (15 ounce) can mixed vegetables


1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup


1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup


salt and pepper to taste


3 tablespoons butter














DIRECTIONS


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.


Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain, reserving some of the cooking liquid. Mash potatoes with a little of the cooking liquid. Set aside.


In a large skillet, cook ground beef until brown over medium-high heat. Drain fat from pan. Stir in mushrooms, mixed vegetables, mushroom soup, celery soup, and salt and pepper; heat through. Pour into prepared baking dish, cover with mashed potatoes, and dot with butter.


Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are golden and beef and vegetable mixture is hot and bubbly.

Hamburger Vegetable Soup --











INGREDIENTS


1 pound ground beef


4 cups chicken broth


4 cups water


2 (1 ounce) packages dry onion soup mix


1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce


2 stalks celery, chopped


1 onion, chopped


1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables


3/4 cup elbow macaroni














DIRECTIONS


In a saute pan, brown ground beef, over medium heat.


In a large stock pot, combine broth, water, onion soup mix, tomato sauce, celery, onion, frozen vegetables and macaroni. Bring to a boil and then simmer until macaroni is done.

Chili!





Saute 1 gr. pepper, 4 cloves garlic %26amp; 1 onion in some olive oil for about 2 minutes. Add 2 lb. ground beef or chuck until browned, then drain fat from pot. Return pot to heat %26amp; pour in 1 family size can of tomato soup and a can of rinsed black beans. Bring to a simmer %26amp; add paprika %26amp; cayenne pepper %26amp; salt to your taste. After cooking for about 10 minutes, add in 1 can of Niblets corn.





Serve hot with cheddar cheese %26amp; sour cream %26amp; crusty bread; yum!
Turkey or Ground Beef Chili





Ingredients


2 lbs beef, ground


1 cup onion, diced


1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes, diced


1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce


1 (28 ounce) can kidney beans, drained


4-5 tablespoons chili powder


1 tablespoon cumin


1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper


1/4-1 tablespoon hot sauce


1/8 teaspoon salt





Cowboy Ground Chuck Stew





Ingredients


1 lb ground chuck


1 large onion (chopped)


1 green pepper (chopped finely)


1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)


4 large potatoes (peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick)


1 (8 3/4 ounce) can corn (undrained)


1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes (chopped)


1 tablespoon chili powder


salt %26amp; pepper

you can make hamburgers, just mix one pound with a teaspoon of dijon mustard, worst. sauce, and salt %26amp; pepper, yumm also you can make tacos, just add a packet of taco seasoning when you brown the meat and then add to tortilla and whatever else you want to put on top, those are so good : ) you could also make meatloaf or some kind of mexican casserole. good luck!
