Thanks in advancePissed off teenager - needs easy, healthy and QUICK recipes!?
You'll want to stick to simple dinners and not try anything too hard at first. I would recommend stir fry. If you have a pan or a wok, then I suggest making some simple veggie dishes. Buy some extra-virgin olive oil, some frying peppers, onions, red peppers, tofu cubes, brussel sprouts, broccoli, zucchini, and eggplant. You can mix any combination of these into the pan with some of the olive oil, and stir it while it cooks. Season as you like, and set the mixture on top of rice, pasta, or couscous.Pissed off teenager - needs easy, healthy and QUICK recipes!?

STIR FRY!
BUY: Rice, frozen boneless/skinless chicken breasts, chicken broth, corn starch, garlic, ginger, spices of your choice, cooking oil, vegetables of your choice, Soy sauce.
Mix spices, garlic, ginger, about 2 teaspoons of corn starch, a little soy sauce, and chicken broth in a cup, this will make your sauce.
Put the rice on to cook while you work.
Thaw and chop up the chicken into little pieces. Put a tablespoon or so of oil into a frying pan and heat on high for 1-2 minutes. Drop in the chicken and stir around for 1-2 minutes.
Turn the heat down to medium and add your sauce and vegetables. Keep stirring and simmering until the sauce is thick and the vegetables are crisp-tender.
Pour over your rice and you have a tasty, easy, and healthy meal.
get prego traditional spaggeti sauce and a 1/2 lbs of meat and some angel hair pasta get 3 cups water and bring to a boil add a tablespoon of salt for taste, next brown the meat and drain in a strainer over a bowl so it wont clog the sink then take the prego sauce and pour in the same sauce pan you browned the meat in and dump that in then add meat and put on lowest heat possible. add spaggeti to water and then add 2 tablespoons of oliveoil and a 1/2 cup sugar to water and stir for 1 min then after 7-8 mins taste the noodles if they are soft with no crunch then they are ready drain water into strainer different from the meat and drain water rinse lightly with warm water and shake to remove exsess water then put into a big bowl and get a plate put the noodles down then the sauce and add a tiny slice of butter on the top of noodles before the sauce add a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste and enjoy make sure all heat is off on the stove good luck %26lt;3
