Any one have quick & easy recipes for beef cubed steak?

I'm looking for something along the lines of baking or crock pot.Any one have quick %26amp; easy recipes for beef cubed steak?
This one is delicious;





4 (4 ounce) cube steaks


1/2 teaspoon salt, divided


1 3/4 teaspoons ground black pepper, divided


1 cup all-purpose flour


2 eggs, lightly beaten


1/4 cup lard


1 cup milk





Season meat with 1/4 teaspoon of the salt and 1/4 teaspoon of the pepper; set aside. In a shallow dish, mix flour with 1 teaspoon of the pepper. Dredge each steak in flour. Dip in beaten egg, then dredge in flour again.


Heat lard in a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Fry steaks 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.


Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of the fat. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the dredging flour into oil. Cook over medium heat for 1 minute, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of skillet. Gradually whisk in milk. Cook, stirring frequently, 3 to 4 minutes, or until thickened and bubbly. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoons pepper; gravy should be quite peppery.


Serves 4.

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage


2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup


1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix





Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.


Season the steaks on both sides with Cajun seasoning and black pepper. Place the steaks into the prepared baking dish. Pour the lemon-lime beverage over them. Combine the cream of mushroom soup and dry onion soup mix, and pour over the steaks.


Bake, uncovered, for about 1 hour, or until meat reaches desired doneness. Do not open the oven door during the first hour of cooking. Serve steaks with gravy spooned over.

Comforting Cube Steaks





INGREDIENTS:

Easy Minute Steaks





INGREDIENTS:


4 (1/2 pound) cube steaks


(pounded round meat) 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed


French onion soup





DIRECTIONS:


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).


2. In a large skillet over medium heat, briefly brown the cube steaks.


3. Arrange meat in a single layer in a 13x9 inch baking dish and pour the soup over the top. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.





Pepper Steak





INGREDIENTS:


1 pound cube steak


salt and pepper to taste


all-purpose flour for dredging


2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 medium onion, sliced


1 clove garlic, minced


1 green bell pepper, sliced


2 cups water





DIRECTIONS:


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).


2. Season the steak with salt and pepper to taste. Dredge in the flour and shake off the excess. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Brown the steaks in the oil, then transfer to a large, shallow casserole dish. Sprinkle the garlic, onion, and green pepper over top, pour in water, and wrap with aluminum foil.


3. Bake in preheated oven until steak is tender and vegetables are soft, about 1 1/2 hours.
Crockpot Smothered Steak


Ingredients:


2 pounds steak, cut into strips (partially freeze for easier cutting)


1/3 cup all-purpose four


1 tsp garlic salt or 1-1/2 tsp. garlic powder + 1/2 tsp. salt


1/2 tsp. ground black pepper


1 medium onion, sliced, thinly


1 -2 green peppers, sliced


1 (8 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained


1/4 cup teriyaki or soy sauce


1 (16oz) pkg whole frozen green beans


Preparation:


Mix flour, salt %26amp; pepper. Put steak strips into mixture (I use a plastic bag %26amp; shake well), then add to crockpot. Add all remaining ingredients - layer like - to crock. Cover %26amp; cook on HIGH for 1 hr %26amp; then turn to


LOW for 8 hrs (can be cooked all on HIGH for 5 hrs). Serve over hot steamed white rice. Serves 6.
