Does anyone know any quick, unusual recipes?

Un heard of, and very unique. We are getting ideas for a picnic, desserts recommended (Pies perferred)Does anyone know any quick, unusual recipes?
Sunshine Cake





1 box yellow cake mix


1 can mandarin oranges


1 can crushed pineapple


1 container Cool Whip





Drain oranges, saving juice. Make cake according to box directions, but substitute juice for half of the liquid. Bake and cool completely. Drain pineapple, mix with Cool Whip and spread on cake. Refrigerate until you're ready to serve.





No Bake Cheese Pie


1 graham cracker pie shell


10 oz. cream cheese, softened


14 oz can sweetened condensed milk


1/4 cup lemon juice


1 Tbsp vanilla





Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in vanilla and lemon juice. Pour into pie shell and chill until set. Do NOT double the recipe - if you need more, make it twice. Top with fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries or blueberries), or make a sauce with frozen berries by cooking them in a saucepan until slightly thickened. Add sugar to taste, if necessary.Does anyone know any quick, unusual recipes?

use a box of white cake mix and a fizzy soft drink and bake as suggested. its called ';panic dessert'; because of a last minute request to 'bring something'. top it with any kind of fruit or even jam or jelly.
Chop boiled egg into chunks and then add in butter, salt and pepper. Mix everything together and serve with rice or bread. Very nice. Try it
