I use a pressure cooker, it reduces cooking time by half of the usual time. Plain rice is done perfect in 6 minutes exactly (1 small cup of rice turned in 1 spoon of warm oil, then add 3 small cup of water with a cube of chicken stock). Before you close the lid set the suspended basket on top of the rice to vapour-cook frozen spinach (add fresh cream for sauce when cooked) and any pealed but whole vegetable. Add fresh meat or chicken or smoked fish to your liking. When cooked, add mushrooms sauce on top, or carry sauce (melted butter + carry powder) or ready-made tomato sauce, or any other of your liking. You can also add good fresh Parmesan cheese that ';you grated';, on top of the rice or on the spinach.
For desert, slice a fresh banana in a coupe and serve rainbow sorbet on top with a dash of syrup (strawberry or other) add a fan Cooke on the side of the cup.
Red wine with red meat, Ros茅 wine with white meat, dry white with fish.
This Healthy meal can be done in about 15 minutes.

Easy Peanut Butter Kiss cookies
1 pkg refrigerated sugar cookie dough (like Pillsbury)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
36 Hershey's kisses w/wrappers removed.
Thaw and soften the cookie dough. Add the peanut butter and brown sugar. Mix thoroughly. Take a heaping tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball. Place in dish with white sugar. Repeat with all of dough. Roll all balls around in the dough and coat with the sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets for 14 minutes on 350 degrees F. (Tops will be golden brown and crackle when done.) Remove from oven and immediately place one kiss in center of each cookie. Let cool on cake racks and refrigerate to allow chocolate to set again.
Take boneless, skinless chicken breasts...brown them on both sides until almost cooked through...mix one can of cream of mushroom soup with some lemon pepper (eyeball it) and 1/4 cup milk...pour over chicken and simmer until chicken is cooked, turning as needed, until juices in chicken run clear basically...if you have a lemon, cut a few slices and lay one slice on each chicken breast for more flavor...serve with rice or whatever you want...first recipe I ever made and still do....the flavors are great. Enjoy.

Chicken over rice. its filling, cheap and yummy. Take the chicken breast, brown it on both sides. Take your rice, put it in a baking dish. Take a can of Cream of mushroom soup (or that of your favorite creamed soup) and a half a can of chicken broth, pour it over the rice. Once your chicken is browned, place it in the center of the rice, put more of your soup on top of that with a little cheese, and bake until the rice and chicken are fully cooked.

Fettuccini Alfredo
1 pound fettuccini
1/4 pound unsalted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup of the best parmesan cheese you can get preferably aged romano.
Place the butter in a shallow serving dish over the pot the fettuccini water is heating in.
When it is melted add the warm cream, mix gently and stir in about 2/3 of the cheese.
Remove the serving dish from the pot, cook the fettuccini, drain, and pour immediately into the serving dish. Toss well.
Top with the remaining cheese, and freshly milled black pepper and serve immediately with garlic bread and green salad.
