personally, i like pasta shells and plain ragu sauce. pasta 7 mins to boil water how easy is that ? kraft macoroni and cheese in the box also seven mins. another easy meal is tyson frozen chicken strips , microwave to cook and add to a bag of salad mix . you can vary your salads with your dressings. i have a sweet one i like with a bit of sunflower seeds and also a ceasar one for chicken ceasar salad. one bag is more than enough for two good size salads in an evening. Lean Cuisine is not too bad for a healthy meal. pay attention to labeling / but most all of them are decent. 7 mins. grilled cheese. kraft cheese has long life and wrapped individually for freshness. cooked shelf bacon requires 30 seconds, great for breakfast or for a blt at night. not too bad / expensive is a subway sandwich. a mini sub is 1.99 with turkey , fresh wheat bread , cheese and a couple servings of good vegetables. cereal / milk is easy and not just for breakfast.
six layer dinner
2# ex lean gr beef
potatoes
small onion
gr pepper
celery
1 lg can tomatoes
slice potatoes and layer in 8 by 10 cake pan
chop up onion and layer on top
chop up Celery and layer on top
add uncooked gr beef on top
chop up gr pepper and put on to
spead 1 can of diced tomatoes on top.
bake at 350 for one hour and cover with foil for the last hour.
good for left overs too , perfect to make on Sunday for left over [if any] on Monday

It is simple and easy to make noodles or chowmein.
Ingredients, 1 pkt egg noodle, a little carrot, cabbage, capsicum along with soya sauce, little ajinimotto, a pich sugar,
If you want nonveg, add boiled shredded chiken.
Boil noodle in water with a spoon of oil and keep aside,
cut julian of cabbage and carrot
Saute veg. in a tawa,
add noodles , salt ,soya sauce, ajinimotto, a little sugar, Do no t cook too much

Casseroles and Ragouts are cool! For eg., a Bean Cassoulet or a Chicken Casserole or even a Beef Stroganoff. Just assemble all the ingredients, and if you have an oven that has a timer, set it to switch on at 1600 and off at 1745 at, say 350 degrees Fahrenheit or approximately 170 degrees Celsius. Then, when you come home at 1800 or 1830, you have a delicious hot meal waiting for you! How fast we talkin here? You can slice some potatos and smoked sausage and fry em in a little oil in about 15 minutes.
Or boil a dozen eggs for snacking / salad through the week.
Schnitzel.
You need a chicken breast or turkey breast fillet (turkey breast is what they use in Israel), an egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, a skillet, a tablespoon of olive oil and a lemon.
Wrap the chicken/turkey in Saran wrap and beat it out, not too hard, until it's flatter and wider than it was when you started.
Unwrap the meat and throw the saran wrap away. Season the meat with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Heat the oil in the skillet over a medium heat and when it's hot but not smoking like mad, dip the meat in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs so that it's coated, then fry the fillet in the hot oil until it's a rich golden brown on both sides. It shouldn't take longer than 9-10 minutes in total. (We're talking about enough meat for one person, here.)
Drain on kitchen paper and served with half a lemon to squeeze over and a green salad. Total prep %26amp; cooking time: about 25 minutes.

put all except cheese in an oven safe bowl and cook at 400 f
while you shower and get dress and once the potatoes are done add cheese before you eat, preferably with rice.
