there is a cook book called cooking for two, i think it is put out by the taste of home. you could use those and would have enough for you lunch the next day or just cut the recipe in half.
Go to your browser and type in recipes for one person ... many websites will come up including campbells and cooks.com and allrecipes.com.. there are tons of recipes for you to try
Check out a bookstore and look for ';College Cookbooks'; Great microwave and one pot recipes for one person.. And its CHEAP!
i also use allrecipes.com, you can change up the servings amounts and it scales the recipes back.
