Here's a dessert that doesn't require baking and is impossible to mess up:


Easy Peanut Butter Fudge


1 8oz jar creamy peanut butter


1 jar vanilla frosting


Put both ingredients in a bowl and microwave for 5 min. Stir well, then smooth mixture in casserole dish. Let cool completely (can take several hours, so this is one you can do the night before) cut into pieces and serve.

1cup peanut butter


1 egg


1 cup sugar


Mix all three ingredients聽 together very well聽 make into聽 into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet . Use a fork to press聽 the ball聽 down slightly . . Bake at 350 for about聽 eight minutes聽 or until the edges crack .note:The smaller the cookie ball the faster it will cook聽 , I make mine about the size of a quarter .
