I need to fix lunch with chicken ,Will you give me any quick recipes ?

Easy Chicken Salad





6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - boiled


1 (15 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained


1 (8.75 ounce) can sweet corn


1 bunch green onions, chopped


1/2 cup mayonnaise


1 tablespoon prepared mustard


salt and pepper to taste





Combine the chicken, vegetables, corn, scallions, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well. Ready to serve!I need to fix lunch with chicken ,Will you give me any quick recipes ?
Our fav lunch to make together is salad.


2 year old tears the greens and does the tossing.


14 year old does the slicing.


11 year old gathers ingredients and does the pouring.


9 month old rides and watches





lettuce, bacon, ham, croutons, carrots, cucumber, raisins or blueberries/cranberries, mushrooms, cheese, onions


oh, and don't forget the chicken

Chop up your chicken, throw in some taco or fajita spices, chopped onions, a can of re-fried beans, then grate some cheese (Manchego, Chihuahua, Mozzarella, Jack maybe some Cheddar for extra flavor) then mix it all together and roll it up in some white flour tortillas and throw them into the oven for 15 minutes. Voila! great burritos! Serve with salsa, chopped lettuce, sour cream - whatever you fancy.......
Put the chicken in a baggie with italian dressing and let marinate for a couple hrs, then cook with spinich leaves, roma tomatoes and feta cheese ontop...easy, quick, and healthy for ya....(if you dont use too much italian dressing.)

marinate in fridge for 5 minutes on each side





1/4 cup of lemon juice


1/4 teaspoon of salt


1/4 teaspoon of pepper


1/8 cup of olive oil





then grill like normal





drizzle lemon juice over top and feast





THIS ID THE BEST CHICKEN I HAVE EVER MADE IN MY LIFE I PROMISE YOU IT IS DELICIOUS!!
dice up cooked chicken


slice green bell peppers


dice onions- put in a skillet with some olive oil... simmer on low until veggies are tender, oh and add 3tbsps taco seasoning and 1/2tsp.cajun seasoning.....cook some rice.....warm up some black beans....roll all ingredients in flour tortilla...top with cheddar cheese.....bake in oven until cheese melts


This is my version of chicken burritos!
